Thongchai Pimapunsri received his B.A from the Faculty of Political Science at Thammasat University. His debut performance with B-Floor was in 2015 with “WW101.” He was later invited back to perform in two further B-Floor productions in 2018, “Trance: The (Un)Governed Body” and “Manoland,” before becoming an official member in 2019.

 

He was the stage manager for “The (Un)Governed Body” in 2019 for its performances in Thailand, Japan and Indonesia and for “Quiet House” (2019), a collaboration with Japan's Takayuki Takita and Yuko Kawamoto, and Teerawat Mulvilai from B-Floor, with performances in Lao, Japan and Thailand.

As an actor, Thongchai was awarded Best Performance by a Male Artist by the Thai Section of the International Association of Theatre Critics (IATC – Thailand) in 2016 for his performance in "Whaam!: A Brief History of an Unknown Astronaut" with Splashing Theatre Company, a company he co-founded. He has also performed internationally in Toshiki Okada’s “Pratthana: A Portrait of Posession” (2018-2019) in Thailand, Japan, France and Germany and in Gecko Parade’s “Lindbergh's Flight” (2018) in Japan.

Outside his theatre work Thongchai is a YouTuber. He manages and creates content for a YouTube gaming channel called “The Game Room” with his younger brother.
